Amy + Luke's Cotton Room Wedding - Durham Wedding Planner

Amy and Luke were married in a gorgeous Cotton Room wedding in Durham this past November. They are a couple who is all about romance and style. Amy’s fashion sense is so inspiring as you can see from her gown and amazing shoes. From my first meeting with the couple you can see how devoted and in love they are with each other. One a perfect compliment to the other. Right away Amy asked if we could make it snow during her reception! I said we can certainly find a way! And snow it did!

Amy and her brother grew up getting silhouettes done so we thought it would be meaningful to have Amy and Luke’s silhouettes as the design we used throughout the reception details. We used warm tones of blush, golds, and sparkles to create a glow throughout the Cotton Room. After a delicious dinner and cutting the gorgeous gold and pink cake the guests were ready to dance the night away to the The Dicken’s Band.
