Bridal Fashion: The Bridesmaids | By Erin McLean Events
We are excited to share the next post in our Bridal Fashion series. We decided to do a whole post just on Bridesmaids instead of combining it with the Groomsmen so that we could get more photos, and we really got more photos! We hope that you can get some good ideas about color combos, textures and accessories from this collection.
There are a variety of trends with bridesmaid dresses. Many brides choose to have their bridesmaids in one single color dress. This is a classic look that will always look good in photos. A most recent trend is having bridesmaids all wear different shades in the same color family - like aquas, turquoises and light blues.
Sometimes the bridesmaid's dresses can be inspired by the florals or the decor and the color will be picked to compliment those palettes. We also love the skirt/shirt trend for bridesmaids instead of just dresses. It leaves a lot of room to match interesting patterns, textures and colors.
